Our military judoists, who are leaders in the world, were solemnly welcomed at home
As you know, this week the 40th World Championship among military personnel was held in Paris, the capital of France. The national team of Uzbekistan, which successfully performed at this prestigious tournament, returned to their homeland.
According to the results of the single competitions, our judoists won 4 gold and 1 bronze medals and took first place in the team competition. The men's team won bronze medals in team competitions.
Our martial artists, who showed a historic result, returned to our country at midnight. At the Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov, our heroes were met by Deputy Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan Alisher Narbayev, Deputy Chairman of the NOC of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Judo Federation of the country Azizjon Kamilov and deputy Chairman of the NOC Sherzod Tashmatov, the general sports community, family members of judoists and media workers.
