Bekmurod Oltiboev finished the Olympics, taking seventh place
The participation of the Uzbek national judo team in the individual direction within the framework of Tokyo 2020 has ended. Our athlete Bekmurod Oltiboev performed in the heaviest weight category.
In the consolation stage for bronze, he went to the tatami against Ukrainian Yakiv Khamno. Unfortunately, our judoka missed a chance for his opponent and thus completed participation in the individual direction, taking seventh place.
Tomorrow, Uzbek judoists will begin their participation in the team-mixed direction. Our first opponents will be representatives of the Netherlands.
