Our modern pentathletes have risen to the podium of the Asian Championship
On June 23-28, Kazakhstan hosted the Asian Championship in the direction of triathlon (three sports) of modern pentathlon. In the U-13 category, Kira Tsoi won the bronze medal in the individual competition, leaving 12 competitors behind. It is worth noting that Muslim Izmailov and Sadriddin Kobilzhonov, who entered the top seven in their age category, have a very good result.
In the mixed triathlon relay, our team won three medals at once.
Kira Tsoi and Muslim Izmailov won silver in the U-13 category.
The bronze medal went to Shakhrizoda Samandarova and Sadriddin Kobilzhonov in the U-17 category.
After returning to Uzbekistan, the youth team will begin preparing for the World Junior Under-17 Championship, which will be held in Alexandria (Egypt) on September 13-19.
