The youth of the New Uzbekistan took part in the International Forum "Young Olympians"
The International Forum "Young Olympians"was held in Moscow. At the invitation of the Russian Olympic Committee, representatives of Uzbekistan also took part in this event.
The forum, which was attended by future Olympians aged 14-17, brought together many delegations from many countries of the world. It should be noted that Yasmina Rakhimova (rhythmic gymnastics), Ainura Umurzakova (taekwondo), Meyirkhan Timurov (fencing) and Danila Tikhonov (rowing) took part in the event on behalf of Uzbekistan. They were accompanied by a leading specialist of the Department of International Relations of the NOC, Tatyana Chizhikova.
The event was opened by the president of the ROC Stanislav Pozdnyakov and told about the purpose of organizing the forum. Also, the participants watched a video address by the President of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach, which was sent to young athletes.
During the forum, seminars and round tables on professionalism, doping and its consequences were organized for young athletes.
