Denis Istomin's opponent in the main draw became known
As we previously reported, our tennis player Denis Istomin entered the main draw of the French Open championship — "Roland Garros — 2021". By now, the name of the opponent with whom Istomin will hold a match has already become known.
And so, as part of the first game in the main draw, Denis Istomin will play with the famous Roger Federer. The match with the 20-time winner of the "Grand Slam" will begin tomorrow, at 14: 00 Tashkent time.
To date, Federer and Istomin have clashed 7 times and the representative of Switzerland has never lost to the first racket of Uzbekistan. Another noteworthy thing, Denis Istomin, started his first match at the Grand Slam tournament (2006) against Roger Federer in the framework of the US Open Championship.
