The "Laser Run" tournament was held in the capital's" Eco-park"
On May 15, a large mass sports competition "Laser Run" took place in the capital's "Eco-Park" named after Z. M. Babur, in which more than 350 amateur and professional athletes took part.
Deputy Minister of Defense A. Narboev, Secretary General of the NOC O. Narboev took part in the tournament as guests of honor.Kasymov, representatives of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The tournament started early in the morning and lasted until noon. During this time, the names of the winners and prize-winners became known. The officials who spoke at the award ceremony noted that holding such competitions plays an important role in promoting mass sports, as well as in organizing leisure activities for the younger generation with benefit. The event was attended by representatives of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent, the NOC and the Federation of modern Pentathlon of Uzbekistan.
The youngest participants of the competition were children of the age category from 5 to 9 years, the most adults-50 years and above.
For information, Laser Run is shooting from a laser pistol, running a certain distance. This discipline is one of the directions of modern pentathlon. The competition was organized by the Modern Pentathlon Federation of Uzbekistan and at the end the winners and prize-winners were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts from the organizers.
