Our athletes conduct TCB in the capital and Tashkent region
Currently, the delegation of Uzbekistan in athletics is conducting training camps in Tashkent and the capital region. There are 14 athletes taking part in training in the city, and 11 main representatives of the team are preparing at the "Yangiabad sports base". Since it was the first TCB of the year, the coaches mainly focused on improving the physical fitness of athletes.
Today, the head of the NOC, Rustam Abdurakhmanov, visited the athletics center of our capital and met with our athletes who are undergoing training camps there. During the visit, Federation officials and the head coach of the national team Guzel Hubbieva informed the chairman of the NOC in detail about the training sessions.
During the visit, the head of the NOC also talked with the athletes and exchanged views on the plans and goals set for them in the new season. He also instructed the officials of the Federation to study the shortcomings of athletes, to create for them all the conditions for constant training.
