The NOC of Uzbekistan also contributed to the Green Territory project
These days, a nationwide project "Green Territory" is being implemented throughout the country. The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan took an active part in this event and contributed to the improvement of the environment of the capital.
During the day, the staff of our committee worked in the area located on Nurafshon Street along Labzak Avenue. Our colleagues planted more than 300 bushes of ornamental trees on the roadside sections of this street.
“We are happy to contribute to this nationwide project with our team. We are proud that we planted such seedlings in the right place ourselves. We are glad to contribute to the improvement of the ecology of the capital within the framework of the national program "Green Territory" initiated by the Head of our State. The dust storm that passed through our capital caused huge damage to the environment.
