The winners of the first Tumaris Cup in archery were determined in Samarkand

As we have already reported, the first international archery tournament among women took place in the sports complex “Dynamo” of the city of Samarkand. In addition to our compatriots, representatives of Kazakhstan, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan took part in the Tumaris competition.

As for the results, in singles, Russian Victoria Budaeva showed the best result and won the main prize. Under the guidance of this athlete, Russian girls also rose to first place in the team competition. Our girls who competed with them at the decisive stage were awarded silver medals.
