On the way to popularize cycling
In pursuance of the tasks specified in the Presidential Decree PP-5251 of September 24 "On comprehensive measures for the development of cycling", the Cycling Federation of Uzbekistan has started practical work.
In particular, a working group headed by the Secretary General of the Federation, Kozim Urinboykhuzhaev, is negotiating with the khokims of the regions. So far, they have been at a reception with the khokim of the Navoi region, Kabul Tursunov, and the Bukhara region, Botir Zaripov.
During the meetings, issues of cooperation were discussed in order to fulfill the instructions in the Presidential Decree, to further develop cycling in the country and thereby contribute to improving the health of the population, creating special bike paths in the regions for our compatriots.
