Our youngest champion held a master class for the young men of Nukus

The youngest Olympic champion of Uzbekistan, Ulugbek Rashidov, is currently taking part in various events that take place throughout the Republic. This time the taekwondo practitioner visited Karakalpakstan.

The 19-year-old athlete was solemnly welcomed at the Nukus International Airport. Then, with his participation, a meeting with the youth of Karakalpakstan was organized. During the event, Ulugbek Rashidov told how he started playing sports, about the conditions created by the President and about his dreams.

"In the beginning, I wanted to quit taekwondo and start playing football, since I had no significant achievements. However, my coach said that every defeat is a lesson, supported me and motivated me. Therefore, I continued to practice taekwondo and I do not regret it," Ulugbek Rashitov said.

After that, the champion demonstrated a master class for young taekwondo athletes. Of course, such an event gave a lot of positive emotions and joy to the younger generation of Karakalpakstan.
