The Organizing Committee of Hangzhou-2022 held an online meeting with the National Olympic Committees
On September 8-9, an online seminar was held on a number of organizational issues of the Asian Games in Hangzhou-2022. It was attended by the leadership of the Olympic Council of Asia and the organizing committee of the competition, representatives of the National Olympic Committees of Asia and Oceania.
The online seminar was opened by the Director General of the Olympic Council of Asia, Hussein Al Musallam. Then the director of the Asian Games Department of the Olympic Council of Asia, the president of the International Wrestling Association Haidar Farman, as well as officials of the Hangzhou 2022 organizing Committee, spoke, who discussed issues related to the organization of the competition. Chief Specialist of the Department of International Relations Nozim Atakulov took part in the event on behalf of the NOC of Uzbekistan.
Comprehensive opinions were expressed on the state of preparation of sports facilities hosting the XIX Asian Games, the conduct of test tournaments, the transport system laid through the arenas, and control carried out based on the epidemiological situation. The seminar was held in the form of a presentation, at the end of which there were questions and answers on the topics.
The seminar was closed by Hussein al-Musallam himself and wished the participating States good luck in their preparation.
