Today, Ravshan Irmatov, a specialist who has made a significant contribution to the development of Uzbek football, First Vice-President of the Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA), five-time Asian Referee of the Year, the world's best referee in 2015, recipient of the orders For Great Services, Respect for the Country and Selfless Service, and holder of the honorary title Pride of Uzbekistan, is celebrating his birthday.
