The Uzbekistan national team won its first medal today at the Asian Youth & Junior Weightlifting Championships, which began today. The medal was won by Soliha Bahodirova, who competed in the youth category.

Our compatriot, competing in the 45 kg weight category, lifted 64 kg in the snatch to win the bronze medal.
