The CAFA U20 Women's Championship 2026 concluded in the Republic of Tajikistan. In the final match, the Uzbekistan U20 women's national football team defeated the Tajikistan U20 women's national football team 7–0.

Head coach Victoria Sirota led the Uzbekistan team to the title. The team finished the tournament with seven points from three matches and won the CAFA U20 Women's Championship 2026.

Earlier in the tournament, Uzbekistan drew 1–1 with Iran U20 and defeated the Kyrgyz Republic U20 1–0.
