At the 12th Asian Age Group Championships taking place in Thailand, the Uzbekistan national team added more gold medals to its tally. This time, the gold medals were won by Uzbekistan's artistic swimmers.

Following the competition, Daria Kochneva (U18) won the gold medal in the Technical Solo event, while Khadicha A'zamova and Sabina Makhmudova (U18) won gold in the Technical Duet event.
