Assakalov was defeated on the way to the semifinals
The Greco-Roman wrestler of Uzbekistan, two-time World Cup medalist Rustam Assakalov (-87 kg) entered the carpet against Ivan Huklek from Croatia in the quarterfinals.
The uncompromising fight was decided in favor of the Croat with a score of 4:1. If Khuklek reaches the final, Assakalov will retain the opportunity to compete for the bronze medal.
