Bahodir Zhalolov reached the semifinals of Tokyo 2020
The national boxing team of Uzbekistan secured its first medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
In a fight with Satish Kumar from India, Zhalolov won with a clear advantage and reached the semifinals. As you know, a boxer who loses in the semifinals is automatically awarded a bronze medal, and based on this, we can say that there is already one medal in the piggy bank of the Uzbek national boxing team. But we expect only gold from Zhalolov!
In the semifinals, Zhalolov will enter the ring with the winner of the confrontation between Fraser Clark (Great Britain) and Murod Aliyev (France).
