International Scientific and Practical Conference “Sports Medicine: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” Kicks Off in Tashkent
In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Sports Medicine (RSPCSM) under the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the international scientific and practical conference titled “Sports Medicine: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” has officially begun its work.
The opening ceremony was held today with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Health, the National Olympic Committee, the RSPCSM, as well as delegates from the International Federation of Sports Medicine (FIMS).
In their remarks, officials highlighted the history and development of sports medicine in Uzbekistan and emphasized its crucial role in the success of the national teams.
According to the conference agenda, domestic and international specialists will present their scientific reports today, focusing on physiology and rehabilitation. The second day of the conference will be dedicated to practical sessionsand hands-on experience sharing.
