A gymnastics coaching seminar is being held in Navoi
A training seminar on artistic gymnastics has started at the “Yoshlar” sports complex in the city of Navoi. The event is organized in cooperation with the International Olympic Committee within the framework of the “Olympic Solidarity” project, the International Gymnastics Federation, the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, and the Gymnastics Federation of Uzbekistan.
The seminar, which will run until September 22, is conducted by Russian expert Mikhail Voronin. It is attended by 28 coaches from various regions of the republic. The sessions are held in both theoretical and practical formats and cover topics such as proper methods of teaching children the fundamentals of gymnastics, psychological work with athletes, and modern techniques and trends in competition preparation.
