The “Olympiad of Five Initiatives” among university and vocational students has started
Today, at the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies, the symbolic start of the “Olympiad of Five Initiatives” among students of higher and vocational educational institutions was given, along with the award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the sports competitions.
The event was attended by the Presidential Representative for Sports Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Odil Abdurakhmanov, leaders of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the National Olympic Committee, the Agency for Youth Affairs, as well as hundreds of students.
Officials wished good luck to the participants and congratulated the students who achieved high results in the sports competitions. In addition, badges of honor “Excellence in Physical Culture and Sports” were presented to leaders who actively promote a healthy lifestyle in their educational institutions.
