In Milan (Italy), the World Canoe Sprint Championships are taking place, where the national team of Uzbekistan won a gold medal. This success was achieved by our canoeist Artur Guliev.

In the final race at the 200-meter distance, our compatriot showed a result of 38.63 seconds. Thus, Guliev for the second time in his career became the winner of a gold medal at the World Championships.
