Strengthening Cooperation with the International Table Tennis Federation Discussed in Tashkent
As the Asian Table Tennis Championships for U15 and U19 players continue successfully in Tashkent, high-level discussions took place today aimed at deepening international cooperation.
Distinguished guests of the tournament — ITTF First Vice President and President of the Asian Table Tennis Union Khalil Al-Mohannadi, ATTU Director General Nassib Hassan Al-Fakeeh, and Director of the Asian Table Tennis Academy Ahmed Al-Mohannadi — paid an official visit to the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.
The delegation was welcomed by First Vice President of the NOC of Uzbekistan, Otabek Umarov. During the meeting, the sides discussed strategies for advancing the development of table tennis in Uzbekistan, strengthening mutual cooperation, enhancing the skills of local specialists, and training world-class coaches and international referees.
The discussions also touched on expanding the number of international tournaments hosted in Uzbekistan, involving foreign experts in the development of national teams, and further popularizing table tennis across the country.
