Uzbekistan National Football Team Begins Training Camp Ahead of 2026 World Cup Qualifiers
The Uzbekistan national football team has officially kicked off its training camp in preparation for the final matches of the third round of the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers.
Under the guidance of head coach Timur Kapadze, the team held its first training session today in Tashkent. As part of their preparation plan, the squad is set to depart for the United Arab Emirates tomorrow, where they will continue their training in Dubai.
With crucial matches ahead, the camp aims to sharpen the team’s form and tactical readiness as Uzbekistan looks to secure a historic spot in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
