“Parade of Dreams” Inspires Young Athletes
For every young athlete, competing in the Olympic Games is a cherished dream. To motivate students to pursue this goal, the Republican Center for Olympic and Paralympic Sports Training hosted the event “Parade of Dreams” (“Orzular Paradi”).
The event featured National Olympic Committee Secretary General Oybek Kasimov, representatives from the Ministry of Sports and the sports education system, as well as Paris 2024 Summer Olympic boxing champion Abdumalik Khalokov.
In their speeches, Kasimov and Khalokov emphasized that participating in the Olympics and representing one’s country is a great honor and pride for every athlete.
The program included a parade of sports departments, an awards ceremony, and a festive celebration for the young athletes.
