Today, a high-level delegation arrived at Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov. The delegation is led by Husain Al-Musallam, President of World Aquatics and Director General of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA); Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, First Vice President of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and President of the Qatar Olympic Committee; and Dr. Thani Abdulrahman Al-Kuwari, Vice President of the OCA.

The distinguished guests were welcomed at the airport by Adkham Ikramov, Minister of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Otabek Umarov, First Vice President of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan and Vice President of the OCA for Central Asia.

The visit includes a series of official meetings aimed at discussing the development of the Olympic Movement in Uzbekistan, with a particular focus on aquatic sports, strengthening international cooperation, and elevating it to a new level.
