A delegation from the Organizing Committee of the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games visited the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting with the Japanese specialists, the NOC leadership discussed cooperation and preparations for the upcoming Games.

The Japanese side expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and noted that Uzbekistan has already established itself as one of Asia’s leading sporting delegations.

During the meeting, the guests presented a briefing on the progress of preparations for the Games. It was mentioned that the Japanese organizers are preparing a pleasant surprise for all participants, related to the accommodation of the delegations and the Opening Ceremony.

The NOC representatives emphasized that Uzbekistan is actively preparing for the Games, working closely with the Ministry of Sports, sports federations, and associations.

The Japanese specialists expressed their full readiness to support the Uzbek side and to provide all necessary conditions for the delegation’s successful participation at the Games.
