Aziz Tashpulotov Elected Chairman of the Uzbekistan Volleyball Federation
An extraordinary reporting and election conference of the Uzbekistan Volleyball Federation was held recently. During the event, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Major General Aziz Anvarovich Tashpulotov, was elected Chairman of the country's Volleyball Federation.
The event took place at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy and was attended by officials from the Ministry of Sports and the National Olympic Committee. During the conference, the officials emphasized the development of volleyball in the country. It was highlighted that teams are being formed for which both domestic and international training camps are organized, along with seminars and training sessions involving foreign specialists.
For his part, Aziz Anvarovich stated that he would make every effort to justify the trust placed in him and to elevate the development of volleyball in Uzbekistan to a new level. The leadership of the Ministry of Sports and the NOC wished the newly elected chairman success in fulfilling the upcoming tasks.
Additionally, during the conference, the officials symbolically kicked off the "Minister of Internal Affairs" Cup competitions as part of the Five Initiatives Olympic program.
