Today one of our talented wrestlers Umidjon Zhalolov celebrates his birthday.

Umidjon Zhalolov was born on July 12, 2002 in Bukhara. Asian champion in 2017 in Bangkok and 2018 in Tashkent among juniors in freestyle wrestling. Thanks to this victory, he was awarded the chance to take part in the Youth Olympics of Buenos Aires-2018. At these Olympic Games, he won a gold medal in the -48 kg weight category, leaving no chance for his rivals. In 2019, he became the world junior champion.
