The Uzbek national judo team has left for Tokyo
A little earlier, the Uzbek national judo team went to Tokyo to participate in the XXXII Summer Olympic Games.
Before the start of the Olympiad, our representatives will hold the last training camp in Maizuru, which is one of the main stages of preparation. Maizuru is a port city located in Kyoto Prefecture.
The Judo Federation of Uzbekistan has sent two national teams to Maidzura in order to adequately prepare for the Olympic Games. Representatives of the second team will directly help the participants of the Olympiad as sparring partners. The TCB will last until July 19. Then our team will go to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Village.
We remind you that for the first time in history, 10 of our judoists (7 men, 3 women) will take part in the Olympic Games. Also, for the first time, the team won a chance to participate in the team-mixed direction.
