For the first time in history, our academic rowers became medalists of the World Championship

Currently, the U-23 World Rowing Championship is being held in Racica (Czech Republic). In this competition, our rowers managed to climb the podium for the first time.

In the 2000-meter swim, the pair of Yevgeny Agafonov and Shakhzoda Nurmatova won success. In the qualifying stage, our representatives managed to win the first place, and in the final they finished third and won a bronze medal.
