The preparation of our wrestlers before the Olympics was discussed
Uzbek fans expect great results from our wrestlers at the upcoming Olympic Games. Today, the Deputy chairman of the NOC Sherzod Tashmatov with the General Secretary of the wrestling Association Shukhrat Mamadaliyev, the coach of the freestyle wrestling team Olim Hikmatov and the mentor of Greco-Roman wrestlers Ravshan Ruzikulov once again discussed preparations for the Tokyo Olympics.
We remind you that our wrestlers at Tokyo 2020 won 8 licenses (4 in each direction). During the conversation, the individual training of each athlete, plans and their possible rivals were discussed. Also, opinions were expressed regarding the constant control of the weight of our wrestlers, providing them with vitamins in time, monitoring the epidemiological situation at the bases.
As reported, the last training camp of wrestlers will continue in Tashkent until July 29. On the same day, the delegation will go to Tokyo and on August 1, the Greco-Roman wrestlers and on August 4, the freestyle wrestlers will begin their participation.
