Davlat Bobonov became the silver medalist of the World Championship
The fifth day of the World Judo Championship has ended in Budapest. A few minutes ago, our judoka Davlat Bobonov (-90 kg) held the final.
As we reported earlier, in the decisive fight Bobonov went to the tatami against Nikoloz Sherazadishvili. The uncompromising fight lasted 6 minutes and the representative of Spain won.
Davlat Bobonov reached the final of the World Championship for the first time in his career and gained invaluable experience for himself. We really hope that Davlat Bobonov will win in Tokyo 2020 and win the gold medal. Thanks to the result at the championship, our judoka recorded 1400 rating points on his account.
