Hikmatillokh Turaev will fight for bronze at the World Cup

The third day of the World Judo Championship in Budapest is going well for the national team of Uzbekistan. A few minutes ago, our judoka Hikmatillokh Turaev (-73 kg) won the opportunity to compete for the bronze medal.

Turaev continued his winless streak until the quarterfinals. In the semifinals, our judoka missed a chance to Tommy Macias from Sweden. In the consolation stage for the bronze in an extra minute, he defeated Salvador Cazes from Spain. On the way to the bronze medal, Turaev will fight with Bilal Chiloglu from Turkey.

We wish good luck to Hikmatilloch Turaev in the upcoming fight!
