46-year-old Oksana Chusovitina and Abdulla Azimov won prizes at the World Cup
The World Cup in Gymnastics is being held in the city of Varna (Bulgaria). In this competition, which is a preparatory stage before the start of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, our representatives took prizes.
The legendary athlete Oksana Chusovitina, who turns 46 next month, was awarded a bronze medal in the direction of the support jump. Another talented representative of our national team, Abdulla Azimov, won the third place by performing exercises on the horse-mahi projectile.
Thus, there are two bronze medals in the piggy bank of the national team of Uzbekistan. Today is the last day of this stage of the World Cup.
