The work on the promotion of sports carried out by the Council of Sports Veterans of Uzbekistan will continue. The head of the organization, Bahodir Mahsitov, united sports veterans from Tashkent.
The event, held in the khokimiyat of the Parkent district, was attended by representatives of a large sports community. In particular, the khokim of the district Shorukh Shoakhmedov, the head of the Department of tourism and sports of the Tashkent region Komiljon Adilov, young athletes and a group of veterans gathered at this event.
During the meeting, Bahodir Mahsitov noted the huge contribution of Tashkent veterans to the development of Uzbek sports and spoke about the government's support for each of our citizens.
At the end of the event, 12 selfless residents of the district were awarded the badge “Uzbekistan Sport Fakhrisi".
