Bright Mexican salad
Do you want to surprise your family with a new salad and at the same time, so that it is rich in vitamins and bright as a palette of colors? Then write down the recipe for a Mexican vegetable salad.
We will need: 1 can of canned red beans (you can just boil 100 g of beans); 1 can of canned corn; onion - 1 pc.; red sweet pepper-2 pcs.; capsicum – 1 pc.; cucumber – 1 pc.; lemon juice – 1 tsp.; garlic – 1 clove; herbs; vegetable oil; salt, pepper and spices to taste.
How do we cook?
1. Put the beans and corn in a deep salad bowl. All vegetables are cut into cubes no larger than beans and also add to the cup;
2. Prepare the filling. Chop the garlic with a knife, put it in a small bowl, pour the oil, lemon juice, add your favorite spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. In a salad bowl with vegetables, pour the dressing and put the coarsely chopped greens.
4. Mix everything very well and all our bright salad is ready.
