Today we are rooting for 3 of our judoists at the Grand Slam tournament

The Grand Slam tournament starts today in Tel Aviv, Israel, with a total prize pool of $154,000.

In total, 298 judoists (165 men, 133 women) from 34 countries will compete for medals and ranking points at the competitions to be held at the Shlomo Arena. Today, women will compete on the tatami in the weight categories -48, -52, -57 kg, and men -60 and -66 kg. According to the press service of the Judo Federation of Uzbekistan, three judoists will defend the honor of our country in today's competitions:

-52 kg: Diera Keldierova - Saltanat Sultanbekova (Kazakhstan)

-60 kg: Mirzohid Mukhammadzhonov - Irakli Kupatadze (Georgia)

-66 kg: Bobur Vadzhiev - Yarin Menaged (Israel).
