The national triathlon team holds a TCB at the Yangiabad sports base
The triathlon team holds a training camp at the Yangiabad sports base from February 3 to 25. Under the guidance of head coach Viktor Zemtsev, athletes train in all directions 3 times a day.
A small hypoxia at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level (where the training base is located) will allow athletes to adapt to work with a lack of oxygen, which is important at competitions.
Recall that these TCB are conducted in order to prepare for the Hangzhou-2022 Asian Games and the Paris-2024 Olympics.
