The goal of the leadership of the NOC, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports is to create the best conditions for national teams
Currently, the Uzbekistan national swimming team is conducting training camps at the Republican College of the Olympic Reserve. Today, the chairman of the NOC, Rustam Shaabdurakhmanov, together with the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Sports, Shakhrillo Makhmudov, visited the training of swimmers in the RCOR and talked with representatives of the national team. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Republican School of Higher Sportsmanship in Water Sports and the Swimming Federation of Uzbekistan.
The head of the NOC, having familiarized himself with the plans of our athletes, gave his instructions and recommendations.
"Swimming is a sport that has a special significance in complex competitions. We also want to see you among the winners of our delegation at major tournaments. The Ministry of Tourism and Sports, as well as the Committee headed by the state, are ready to provide all necessary assistance in the way of further development and achieving high results at the most prestigious international competitions. To do this, you need a lot of work and work on yourself," the head of the NOC noted.
Rustam Shaabdurakhmanov also talked with athletes, mentors about the problems that concern them. He asked the coaching staff to pay more attention to modern methods in the cycle of preparation for the Asian Games Hangzhou-2022 and the Olympic Games Paris-2024.
Shakhrillo Makhmudov also shared his recommendations and advice, who has a wealth of knowledge on the development and popularization of a healthy lifestyle among the population, as well as many years of experience in forming healthy competition on the path of high achievements.
It should be noted that tomorrow our swimmers will go to Armenia to participate in international training camps. In addition, representatives of synchronized swimming have arrived in Minsk to perform at foreign competitions in Belarus, and the domestic diving team is preparing for the new season in Russia.
