The President got acquainted with the construction project of the Olympic Campus in Tashkent
A sports facility on an area of 160 hectares will be built for the Asian Youth Games. Shavkat Mirziyoyev was presented with the project of the future Olympic Town, which is planned to be built in Tashkent on the eve of the Asian Youth Games in 2025.
The construction of the Olympic campus is planned in the Ashgabat district of the capital, where all the necessary infrastructure will be created, including a universal stadium, open and closed sports complexes, housing, hotels, a rowing complex on the Chirchik River.
Recall that by the decision of the Olympic Council of Asia, Tashkent was chosen as the venue for the Asian Youth Games in 2025. Uzbekistan will host competitions of this level for the first time.
