The national judo team completed the first tournament of the year with a gold medal
The Grand Prix Judo tournament has ended in the Portuguese city of Almada. The Uzbek national team that participated in it finished the tournament with 1 gold medal.
Murodjon Yuldashev filled the piggy bank of the national delegation with the highest award. Our wrestler, who competed in the weight category up to 73 kg, defeated representatives of Finland, the Netherlands, Georgia, Mongolia and Spain on the way to victory. This victory gave him 700 points in the world classification.
Our other representatives who completed the competition in the qualification stage also scored valuable rating points.
