Ksenia Gulyamova's new status in UIPM
Secretary General of the Modern Pentathlon Federation of Uzbekistan, Deputy Chairman of the Polo Federation of Uzbekistan Ksenia Gulyamova was elected a member of the Women's Commission of the organization by the decision of the Executive Committee of the International Union of Modern Pentathlon (UIPM) until 2024. The candidacy of our compatriot was presented to the Executive Committee by the President of the UIPM, Dr. Klaus Schorman.
Recall that at the UIPM online congress held on November 27-28, 2021, the Modern Pentathlon Federation of Uzbekistan requested the creation of a women's commission of an International organization. The goal of this is to achieve gender equality between athletes, coaches, and judges. The heads of National federations of various countries voted by more than 95% for the creation of a women's commission.
The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan congratulates Ksenia Gulyamova on her election to a new position and wishes her success in her future activities.
