Strong builds are a guarantee of high results
As you know, our Federations and associations are currently defending their strategic plans to prepare for the Asian Games in Hangzhou-2022 and the Olympic Games in Paris-2024. At these meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the Republican School of Higher Sports Skills in Sports, all issues, problems and shortcomings are discussed.
Another important aspect of the meetings is that both the national team for the new Olympic cycle and athletes applying for Paris-2024 licenses take part in them. This was done in order to talk to the athletes face to face, to awaken their enthusiasm, the spirit of victory. Unfortunately, not all athletes show such passion. During the conversation, they put forward small problems. Of course, with some athletes who have no passion for victory and fire in their eyes, in addition to physical exertion, it is necessary to work in spiritual and spiritual directions.
In organizational terms, everything may be fine in preparation for the competition, but as long as perception and love for the Motherland do not combine, the desired result is unlikely to be achieved. At competitions, the ring, carpet, tatami, sidewalks, swimming pools, sports grounds clearly show how an athlete prepares, his real capabilities. Therefore, at meetings, responsible persons pay special attention to all aspects.
In the decree of the President of our country “On the comprehensive preparation of athletes of Uzbekistan for the XXXIII Summer Olympic and XVII Paralympic Games of 2024 in Paris (France)”it should be particularly noted that a new system is also operating in the financial direction. In this direction, together with the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance, work is being established with the UzASBO system. This system helps to ensure transparency and accountability of the funds spent. Through this, it is envisaged to facilitate the activities of federations and associations in this direction.
During the week, NOC officials headed by Rustam Shoabdurakhmonov met and discussed a number of issues related to creating all conditions for the main representatives of our national team preparing for the Olympic Games in Hangzhou-2022 and Paris-2024, organizing local and international training camps at a high level.
