An international scientific and practical conference on sports medicine has begun in Tashkent
An international scientific and practical conference on "Topical issues and prospects of innovative approaches in sports medicine and rehabilitation" has started its work today at the Tashkent International hotel in the capital.
The opening ceremony of the seminar was attended by the head of the NOC Rustam Shaabdurakhmanov and the Secretary General of the Committee Oybek Kasimov, representatives of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Sports Medicine under the leadership of Abdushukur Sadykov, well-known representatives of sports medicine of our country, guests and media representatives.
Opening the event, Rustam Shaabdurakhmonov focused on the ongoing reforms in the industry, the attention paid by the state to sports, in particular, to medicine and expressed sincere wishes to the participants of the event. Then Abdushukur Sadykov spoke about the latest achievements in the field of health care and sports medicine.
The first speaker at the international seminar was Russian Professor Boris Polyakov on the topic: "Achievements and problems of sports medicine in the Russian Federation". It should be noted that authoritative scientists, doctors from Germany, Italy, England, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, as well as our compatriots in the field of sports medicine, physiology, psychology, genetics and sports pharmacology will speak at this conference, as well as talk about the latest achievements and techniques in this field.
