At the World Boxing Championship Belgrade-2021, another representative of our country held a quarterfinal fight. A little earlier, the fight in the heaviest weight category with the participation of Lazizbek Mulladzhonov ended.

Armenian David Saloyan faced a Ferghana boxer on the way to the semifinals. Despite the fact that Lazizbek clearly dominated at the beginning of an interesting and uncompromising fight, minor mistakes made in the second part of the fight eventually cost a lot. The judges recorded the victory of the boxer from Armenia.
