At the World Boxing Championship in Serbia, our compatriot Nodirjon Mirzakhmedov won a ticket to the quarterfinals.

Our representative, who performs in the lightest weight category (-48 kg), entered the ring against Ricky Nesbitt. An interesting duel ended with the victory of Mirzakhmedov, who positively decided the question of the next round.

Importantly, in order to win a ticket to the semifinals, our compatriot needs to overcome the resistance of Kazakhstani Temirtash Dzhussupov.
