The Basketball Federation of Uzbekistan has started work on a new project
The FIBA Asian Regional Office held a seminar on communication and photography for the Basketball Federation of Uzbekistan (UBF) in Tashkent.
The purpose of the seminar for UBF PR and media was to improve their skills in the field of training, communication and access to digital media. Strengthening the local championship and promoting the national team were part of the three-day program.
“We are pleased to welcome the team of our Asian regional office in Tashkent. We are very well aware of the importance of using digital media during the Games and would like to learn from the experience of our foreign friends”" said Ravshan Ganiev, Secretary General of the Federation.
In the three-day program, participants were trained based on the FIBA basketball photography standard. The seminar also paid special attention to increasing the number of photographers specializing in basketball sports and improving the quality of their work.
