Currently, the "Masters" chess tournament is being held in the city of Sharjah (UAE). The 8th round of the competition is taking place today.

According to the draw, currently two of our representatives Nodirbek Abdusattorov and Nodirbek Ekubboev, who have 5 points each, are competing with each other. And Zhavokhir Sindorov, who won 4.5 points, plays with David Paravyan from Russia.

Another noteworthy thing is that yesterday, the midfielder of the Uzbekistan national football team and the Sharjah club Otabek Shukurov arrived at the competition, who met with our chess players and wished them good luck.
