Iskander Kasimovich Shadiyev was born on September 11, 1979. He received an education in business administration in the UK. He has been working fruitfully in the field of sports for several years. Since 2017-Adviser to the General Director of the Pakhtakor football club, since 2019-adviser to the chairman of the NOC of Uzbekistan, Deputy Chairman of the Ice Hockey Federation of Uzbekistan, since the beginning of 2021-Chairman of the Winter Sports Association of Uzbekistan.
